Many times there has been a disconnect between the desire for earth friendly alternative energy and preserving the beauty of the landscape. I think that this wind turbine on beautiful Cape Cod manages to do both. To me, the windmill itself is beautiful because it speaks of the desire to save the earth, and nestled beyond the trees it adds a modern touch to the landscape.
