Mershon Auditorium, the Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. Begun in the 1950s with funds left to the university by Col. Ralph D. Mershon, an 1890 OSU graduate with a degree in electrical engineering, the auditorium is used for performances for the adjacent Wexner Center and other campus events. Founded in 1870, Ohio State is the largest university in the United States with an enrollment of over 50,000 students. An athletic powerhouse, OSU also ranks among the top 20 public universities academically in the country. Go Buckeyes!
