Castle Hill Lighthouse in black and white, Newport, Rhode Island, USA
The beautiful granite tower, overlooking Narragansett Bay was completed in 1890 and is built right into the face of the cliff. The last lighthouse keeper left when Castle Hill light house was automated in 1957. It is still an active navigational aid for ships in Narragansett Bay heading toward Providence and Newport, RI.
In addition to this black and white fine art photograph, this view of the lighthouse is also available in my portfolio in color along with many other nautical images ideal for home decor, office, lobby or waiting room.
