Wooden ships, dinghies, fishing boats, skiffs, and sailboats on the tranquil sea in Rockland Harbor, Rockland, Maine, USA. Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse is seen on the horizon.
This fine art photograph was featured at the Peckham and Schenkman Gallery in White Plains, NY in an ArtsWestchester show entitled "Shore to Shore" in the winter of 2013.
I took this photograph during a week-long stay in Maine while taking a class at Maine Media College. I returned to this spot three times a day from the early morning when it was quiet like and this and there were just a few fishermen and other boaters to the afternoon when it was bustling with activity to the evening as things quieted down again.
