Description
White Mulberry tree Morus alba overlooking the Hudson River in late spring early summer (early June) with a soft dreamy vintage photograph feel and the Hudson Highlands seen in the background of this soft bucolic landscape. Kingsland Point Park, Sleepy Hollow, New York. The 18-acre Kingsland Point Park was one of the first parks developed by the Westchester County Parks Commission, in 1926. A Chinese import, the White Mulberry is often grown in Asia to feed silkworms which prefer its leaves. An oak and other trees are also seen to the right.

This popular image is also available in a painterly style and as a contemporary photograph in my portfolio. Living so close to the Hudson River, I have images of it during all seasons in my New York State and Westchester County galleries as well as scenics and villages from across Westchester County, and am constantly adding new views so please check back. Thank you. All of my images are available for licensing as through my other website www.campyphotos.com so email me directly for terms as well as stock photography lists.
